Many SKUs lacked categorisation and key attributes, while vital content—like images and datasheets—was inconsistent or missing. Their ERP housed more products than were visible online, creating gaps in discoverability and operational efficiency.
What We Delivered
We helped Pacific Automation design a structured taxonomy and schema, classifying every SKU to enable consistent product organisation and searchability. This foundation supported improved governance and large-scale enrichment.
With this structure in place, we supported the selection and implementation of Plytix as their PIM system. Product data was centralised, managed efficiently, and prepared for integration with BigCommerce, enabling accurate and enriched content delivery to the website.
